Some steps to ‘digitally’ transform yourself:

  1. Connect more to your inner net
  2. Friend yourself
  3. Listen to the TikTok of your own heartbeat ticking away your time on earth
  4. Pay attention to the Status update from your body
  5. Respond to the urgent Chat request from your mind
  6. Embrace silence. Switch off your WiFi and go on Airplane mode.

Self care is not a luxury. It is a necessity.
