    Once you’ve checked out, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
  2. How long will it take to get my order?
    For delivery within South Africa, you can expect your order within 3 to 5 business days.

    You will be emailed every step of the way with shipping and tracking updates.

    Our Help Desk working hours are as follows:
    Monday to Friday, 08h00 – 16h00. Closed on weekends and public holidays.
    Please quote order number and contact details on all enquiries.

    Ensure that you purchase your Abundance at Work Products from our online shop at www.rozephillips.com
    It is important that the spelling of the URL mentioned above is correct. It is best to bookmark the URL or add to your Favorites so that you do not misspell the URL when shopping for your Abundance At work items.
    Once you have checked out, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order number beginning with AAW.

    Yes, you can exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase. An exchange will be granted only if the item is in its original condition and meets the following requirements:

    Standard Delivery: There is a flat rate of R100 nationwide.
    There is a 3 to 5 working day turnaround for delivery nationwide.

NB! Beware of scams. Our courier company will never ask you to pay an additional fee once the sale has been completed.
